Lost Restaurants of Omaha by Kim Reiner
“Lost Restaurants of Omaha” is a collection of stories and photos about some of Omaha’s most memorable restaurants, as well as a few forgotten gems. The author, Kim Reiner, interviewed some of the owners, chefs, and family members of some of the featured restaurants to get behind-the-scenes tales, and they shared photos from personal collections to include in the book. Kim is also the author behind Oh! My Omaha.
November 2 – Tune in to KMTV Channel 3’s “The Morning Blend” to hear Kim talk about the book. The show airs from 9 to 10 a.m.
November 3 – Tune to Star 104.5 FM morning show with Chris and Terri. Kim is pre-recording an interview with them and anticipates it airing the following morning.
November 4 – At the Omaha Public Library’s Read It & Eat Culinary Conference (11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at W. Dale Clark (Main) Library) Special author presentation with Kim Reiner at 12:15 p.m.
