- Great beginner level 9 basket course in a wooded area with mild elevation changes.
Seymour Smith Park – 6802 Harrison St., Omaha, NE
- 18 baskets, oldest and most popular disc golf course.
Eugene T Mahoney State Park – 28500 w park hwy, Ashland, NE 68003
- 18 Basket course that is designed to give a challenge to experienced players, but still easy enough to allow beginners and families to enjoy the sport.
- Disc rental is available at the Peter Kiewit Lodge.
Hummel Park – 11808 John J Pershing Dr., Omaha NE
- Considered one of the best in the city this 18 basket course is heavily wooded with steep elevation changes

Lake Cunningham – 8305 Rainwood Rd, Omaha, NE 68122
- 19 basket course meandering through the woods with several elevation changes.
Aspen Park (aka “Sun Valley Park”) – 5300 Aspen Drive, Bellevue
- 9 basket course. Flat, trees, and open spaces. Good Beginner Course
Treasure Cove at Iowa Western Community College – 2700 College Rd, Council Bluffs, IA
- Nestled among the Loess Hills. Beautiful campus and majestic scenery. Course has long and short tees, with challenges on every hole. Some good length, fairways through the trees, and a few open bombers. Good elevation changes. $1 donation
Wahoo Disc Golf Course in Placek Park – 110 W 15th St, Wahoo, NE
- 9 basket course in family friendly city park. Great for Beginner and intermediate level disc golfers.
Ox Bow Lake Park Disc Golf Course – 191 S 8th St, Ashland, NE
- 18 baskets. Mostly flat and a fair amount of trees and open spaces. Has a main street through the middle, great small town atmosphere.
Oak Hollow Disc Golf Course – 1621 4th Ave, Plattsmouth, NE
- 9 basket course shaded by oak trees with moderate elevation changes.
