Lowe’s also has a kid’s program. Not sure about the age range.
Yes, Lowe’s has a Free Build and Grow Clinic which are held on certain Saturdays at 10am. This is recommended for children in grades 1st-5th. You have to register for the Lowe’s programs and they tend to fill up quickly! The next one is Saturday, 3/24. See more information here and here!
