Easter Bunny at Fat Brain Toys – March 27 (11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)

  • There will be real bunnies for kids to meet and the Easter Bunny will be at the store to hand out treats. Parents and grandparents can enjoy free coffee.

Benson Sons of The American Legion Annual Easter Egg Hunt – March 27 (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.), FREE (Open to the public. Donations are greatly appreciated.)

  • The Benson Sons of The American Legion invite you for games, prizes, and aged-based egg hunts beginning at noon.
  • Location: 8904 Military Rd., Omaha, NE.

 

Easter Extravaganza at Lauritzen Gardens – March 27 (12 – 3 p.m.) (Registration required), Regular Admission + $3

  • Families can enjoy pictures with the Easter Bunny, candy-filled eggs, crafts and more at Easter Extravaganza. Fun and engaging crafts will be available from noon to 3 p.m. with Easter egg hunts for children through 12 years of age at 1 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. A separate egg hunt area will be designated for younger children. The Easter Bunny will be on-site from noon to 3 p.m. for photo opportunities (bring your camera!)
  • Standard garden admission rates apply for this event. Members are admitted FREE. An additional charge of $3 per child is required to participate in the egg hunt and children’s crafts. Due to limited capacity, advanced registration is required for the egg hunt and activities.

Papillion Easter Egg Hunt at Halleck Park – March 27 (1 – 3 p.m.), FREE

  • Hunt for the Easter Bunny’s treasures and meet the Easter Bunny and his friends. After the hunt, families are welcome to stay and enjoy some Easter fun. Ages 12 and under.

  • Drive-by City Hall Campus and give the Easter Bunny a wave—and bring your baskets, too! Each child in your vehicle will receive a bag of candy-filled eggs (while supplies last).

  • celebrate together with a morning filled with cafe drinks and bakery treats, fellowship, worship, a powerful message from the Bible, and an Easter egg hunt with hundreds of candy-filled eggs. Everyone is welcome. Three age groups will start hunting for eggs at the same time (approx. 10:35 a.m.) and will find the eggs until they have all been collected – lasting around 10 minutes.

  • Easter Bunny Storytime at Athleta Omaha from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Then visit and take photos with the Easter Bunny at GapKids from noon – 3 p.m.

Ralston Library Easter Egg Hunt – TBA (1 p.m.)

  • Easter storytime, crafts, pictures with the Easter bunny, and an Easter Egg Hunt inside the library.
  • Location: Ralston Baright Public Library, 5555 S. 77th St., Ralston, NE.

 

Easter Egg Hunt at Hy-Vee 90th & Center – TBA (9 – 10 a.m.)

  • The event will begin at 9 a.m. with a hunt for the younger kids. Then they will have a hunt for an older kid age group. Easter Bunny will be on hand that day for photo ops and high fives.

La Vista Easter Egg Hunt & Food Drive – TBA (10 a.m. sharp!)

  • Arrive early to allow time to park and walk. Rain or shine. Bring canned food or cash donation for the Tri-City Food Pantry.

  • Come and hear the Easter story, hunt for eggs, have some snacks, and maybe win a prize.

  • Make a fun bunny magnet! Choose from “Thumb Bunny Loves You” or a “Hoppy Easter” magnet.

  • The Easter Bunny will be hopping into Mangelsen’s to see all of his favorite friends. He will have a free kid’s craft and fun Easter-themed coloring pages! You can also watch a demo The Egg Mazing egg decorating machine. Bring your camera and get lots of pictures.

  • Easter Egg Hunt: Saturday, April 20th Only. Starting at 2 p.m. Will be meeting in front of the aquarium at 1: 30 for registering. Kids are allowed to gather 5 eggs ONLY Turn in the eggs for candy at the check-in station. Will have going for 1 hour.
