Haunted Island Murder Mystery

It all started because a group of teens wanted to have a party–a wild overnight party that their parents would never know about. A party that one teen didn’t survive. It’s up to you to unravel this murderous plot and discover who the culprit is before they have a chance to finish what they started! 

Sign yourself up for this mystery-solving evening where you will be the detective. See if you have what it takes to solve the crime using your intuition and sleuthing skills. 

Best suited for those 18 and up. 

Saturday Craft: Wine Cork Pumpkin

Join for a Saturday craft session as we make festive fall pumpkin decorations! They’ll be using wine corks and paint to create unique pieces that will add a lovely fall touch to your kitchen or living space. 

Since supplies and space are limited, registration is required. This program is intended for adult crafters.

Mystery at the Mansion – A Villain’s Vendetta

Join the murder and mayhem for our “A Villain’s Vendetta” murder mystery on Halloween night!

Guests are encouraged to wear costumes. Prizes will be awarded at the beginning of the evening for the best and most creative attire. Additional props will be available for the mystery. Halloween-themed snacks will also be served.

Space is limited. Purchase tickets here. Ticket price includes tax.

Plan to arrive at the mansion by 6:15 p.m.

Croctoberfest

OIPA Innovation District Community Workshop

The Omaha Inland Port Authority (OIPA) invites residents, business owners, and community members to take part in shaping the vision for the North Omaha Innovation District Plan. The workshop will take place Thursday, August 7th, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Metropolitan Community College’s Fort Omaha Campus, inside the Swanson Conference Center at the Institute for the Culinary Arts (5300 N. 30th Street, Omaha). A presentation will be given at 6:15 p.m.

During this hands-on workshop, the public will collaborate with the project team to explore ideas for physical spaces, programs and services that reflect community culture and needs, and policies that promote inclusive growth without displacement.

The Championship Chase Escape Room

Ready to play ball? Join Omaha Public Library for a sports-themed adventure! You will be “locked” in a room, and in order to escape in time, you will need to solve various sports-related puzzles and clues before your time is up.
