Spooky Glow Painting
Come and create a spooky canvas that glows! Participants will decorate a black canvas using phosphorescent paint and stencils to make a glow-in-the-dark masterpiece. Paint your canvas while sharing your own paranormal experiences — or listen as staff tell spooky stories!
This is a free event for kids ages 8–12. All supplies are included and available while supplies last. Registration is required and opens Sept. 15. Please call 402-444-4852 to register.

We are excited for the 5th Annual Wag-O-Ween Boo Bash to be joining us here in the Texas Roadhouse Amphitheater at Shadow Lake!

Halloween Boo Bash at Village Pointe
Get ready for a spooktacular time at Village Pointe’s Halloween Boo Bash on Saturday, October 11, from 1–3 pm!
Presented by Woodhouse, this family fun event will be packed with activities for all ages.
Enjoy trick-or-treating, special characters, face painting, balloon twisting, and more all along Davenport Street!
New this year: Don’t miss the Magic Shows in the Amphitheater, sponsored by Children’s Nebraska. Whether you head to the magic show first and then trick-or-treat—or flip it—you won’t want to miss either!
Dance along with our DJ, and don’t forget to stop by the special character photo op in front of the light up Boo Bash backdrop to capture a magical Halloween memory.
Event Schedule:
- 1–3 pm: Trick-or-Treating along Davenport Street with special characters and store participants (full list coming soon!)
- Note: Lines will cut off at 2:50pm to accommodate as many kiddos & families as possible by 3pm. We ask for your patience as these characters are very popular!
- 1:15 pm: Magic Show #1 (Amphitheater Stage)
- 2:15 pm: Magic Show #2 (Amphitheater Stage)
Design It / Make It – Ghost Train
All aboard the spooky express! In this hands-on class, you’ll design and decorate your very own ghostly train just in time for the Halloween season. Using creative materials and guided instruction, you’ll bring your haunting locomotive to life while exploring design, construction, and a little bit of Halloween magic.
