Attire: Casual and comfortable, feel free to dress for a fun, relaxed holiday gathering!

  • No kids, this is a night for you!
  • Please bring your ticket (digital or printed) for entry
  • Light snacks & drinks will be provided!
  • Raffle will start at 9:00pm!

This holiday season, Light the Table is more than a moms’ night out, it’s a movement of love and community.
We’re coming together to fill tables, fuel hearts, and help Omaha families thrive.

The table is where life happens. We eat, talk, cry, share stories, and reconnect after long days.

For moms, it’s not just a physical space, it’s a symbol of connection and care that often gets lost in the chaos.

“Light the Table” represents:

Lighting your own flame again because moms pour so much into others, this is a night to refill your cup.

Coming together with warmth moms, caregivers, and friends connecting without judgment.

Feeding families who need it most every “light” shared that night helps another family’s table shine a little brighter.

So, it’s self-care with purpose lighting your inner flame while helping others keep theirs burning.

50% of your ticket sale and 100% of raffle proceeds will directly support Brighten Our Future Early Learning Center, a local organization providing affordable, high-quality early childhood education and care for all children, regardless of economic or social status.

Night Light | The Unknown: Edge of Reality (21+)

This October, Night Light (21+) takes you through the veil, beyond the known, and into the realms of mystery. In the season that blurs the boundaries between the living and the dead, we’re exploring underworlds, outerworlds, and the limits of human knowledge. Come in costume and be prepared for a mind-expanding evening! 

We’re embracing scientific and intuitive ways of knowing, celebrating the pursuit of understanding in all its forms. What insights does a death doula gain from witnessing life’s final moments? Is it possible to gather scientific evidence of ghosts? Are we alone in the universe?   

Join us for an eerie evening as we test the limits of the known, dance with the darkness, and explore the many mysteries that keep us up at night.  

Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body (Adults)

For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now, science can provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. This presentation will be led by a volunteer from the Alzheimer’s Association.

Artificial intelligence is quickly changing how we work, and many worry about its impact on the future of work. But the future of work will not be determined simply by the capabilities and efficiencies of AI—we are responsible for shaping a desirable and ethical future with AI. 

Writers Workshop: Writing Your Own Whodunit Mystery (Adults)

Unleash your inner detective and storyteller in this workshop! Writers will learn the key elements of a great mystery, focusing on crafting intriguing characters, planting clever clues, and surprising twists. Whether you’re new to writing or already love storytelling, you’ll leave with your own short mystery story and the tools to keep the suspense going.

This is a free event for adults. Registration is required and opens July 1.

7th Annual Comedy Night (Adults)

Join for the seventh annual Comedy Night on Friday, September 18 from 7 – 9 p.m. at River’s Edge Pavilion!
 
Some chairs will be available on the River’s Edge Pavilion patio, but lawn chairs and blankets are also welcome. Arrive early to claim your spot!
 
Due to the nature of stand-up comedy, this event is intended for adults 18 and older. This event is free.
