- Come celebrate Halloween with Lowe’s Drive-through Curbside Trick-or-Treating event! Register your child today so they don’t miss out on free sweet treats and a kid-sized pumpkin. Registration opens October 10. Space is limited.
Trunk-or-Treat – Oct. 22 (5 – 8 p.m.), FREE
- Collect treats from decorated cars.

Traveling Trunk-or-Treat – Oct. 23 (12 – 7 p.m.), FREE [REGISTER]
- Goodwill Industries, Inc., is excited to once again co-host Trunk or Treat — but this year it’s a traveling event held in the parking lots of businesses and volunteers. It’s a safe place for kids to come pick up treats, and volunteers will be wearing face masks and gloves, and social distancing will be enforced if lines form. Pick up a map, get it stamped at every location, then turn it in at your final destination to be entered for a chance to win one of three prizes drawings!

2020 Baseballoween – Oct. 23, (3 – 8 p.m.), FREE [Must sign up for time slot.] SOLD OUT
- Dress up and join in the 9th Annual Baseballoween event at Werner Park. This FREE and family-friendly event will include plenty of trick-or-treating and several Halloween activities including Arts & Crafts, the Witch Ring Toss and Pass a Pumpkin.

- Stop by the Youth Department to pick up a Pumpkin Faces kit to take home. Kits are designed for children kindergarten through 6th grade. One kit per child. New kits available Monday through Sunday.

- Vehicles must enter the Drive-Thru event from the museum’s lower parking deck at 9th & Leavenworth Streets (and exit on the upper level).

Freaky Film Friday at Joslyn Art Museum’s Sculpture Garden – Oct. 30 (7 – 9 p.m.), FREE
- Come hang out with friends, family, and ghosts for a viewing of The Nightmare Before Christmas in Joslyn’s spooky sculpture garden.
- Bring your own seating (chairs or blanket) and select a physically-distanced spot on the law for a screening from the grand staircase. Masks are encourage outside until you are seated with your party (groups of eight or fewer may sit together. Masks are required when using restrooms inside. Hand sanitizing stations will be available outdoors.
- Hosted by Joslyn’s Teen Council, this FREE, family-friendly event begins at 7 p.m. with concessions pre-packaged popcorn, candy, and kid-friendly drinks. Film screening begins at 7:30 p.m.
Trick-or-Treat at River of Life Lutheran – Oct. 31 (6 – 8 p.m.)
- Socially distanced trick-or-treating along with free hot chocolate, candy and a socially distanced activity!
