Join us Thursday, November 20th from 5–7 PM at 218 S. 16th Street for an evening full of festive fun and community spirit! 🎅

This year’s event is co-hosted with the Blair Volunteer Firefighter’s Auxiliary and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Santa’s Workshop at Central Park (8305 Park View Blvd.)

Free

Santa is opening the doors to his workshop in La Vista once again, and you’re invited to join the fun! Stroll through the festive La Vista Wonderland in Central Park, see the reindeer, sip on free hot cocoa, snack on cookies and enjoy holiday activities while you wait to meet Santa. 

Check in at the tent and get a pager right away when you arrive for your visit. The Workshop may reach capacity at times—Santa is a popular guy after all. Please be prepared to spend some time outdoors (or in the tent) before entering the building. We suggest dressing warmly so you can enjoy the holiday atmosphere outside the Workshop while waiting.

Bring your camera or phone! There will be lots of photo opportunities inside the workshop and outside in the park. You’re welcome to snap your own photos of your group with Santa when it’s your turn.

Pets are welcome on Saturday, December 13. 

Please be aware that December 13 is a pet-friendly event, so you will encounter pets (must be on leashes) outside and inside the tent and workshop. We look forward to seeing your furry, four-legged family members in your holiday photos with Santa. Note: No reindeer will be at the Workshop on this date.

A Magical Holiday Tradition: Feztival of Trees

​Step into a winter wonderland at the annual Feztival of Trees, where the spirit of the season comes alive in dazzling displays of creativity, community, and holiday cheer. Each year, local businesses, organizations, and individuals transform beautifully decorated trees into breathtaking works of art—each one unique and brimming with festive magic.

Guests can purchase raffle tickets and enter for a chance to win their favorite tree—decorations, gifts, and all!​ Every sparkling tree tells a story of generosity, kindness, and the joy of giving back.​

Santa in the Village – Carriage Rides & More!

Celebrate a family tradition Saturday, Nov. 29th from 12-3pm. Bring the little ones to visit Santa and share their holiday wishes, then the whole family can enjoy a complimentary horse and carriage ride around the village. Kids – stop by Doodle Art Studio for a free cookie and Great Harvest Bread Co. for free hot cocoa. Don’t miss out on the amazing Christmas lights around the village come dusk. It is our way of saying thank you for supporting local on Small Business Saturday! Come join the fun!

Gingerbread Cookie Decorating & Pizza with Santa!

Join in Santa’s Workshop for a festive and delicious afternoon with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Decorate your own gingerbread cookies, enjoy pizza, and make magical holiday memories with the whole family.

Date: Monday, December 22nd, 4pm-6pm

Location: Santa’s Workshop (Next to Torrid)

Each ticket holder will receive:

  • Two slices of pizza from Copps Pizza Co.
  • One beverage
  • Access to cookie decorating with Santa & Mrs. Claus!

Tickets are free but required for entry. Please reserve tickets for everyone who will be attending with you.

Join for a full day of holiday fun at Shadow Lake Towne Center! Snap a festive photo with your favorite holiday characters and support a great cause while you’re at it!

🕚 Santa: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

💚 The Grinch: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

📍 Location: Santa’s Workshop (next to Torrid, in the middle of the mall)

💲 Cost: $20 per photo – all proceeds benefit Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue 🐾
