Get ready for a day full of energy, learning and family fun! Healthy Kids Day at Fremont Family YMCA is your chance to explore new ways to help your kids stay active, confident and thriving this summer. From hands-on activities to movement challenges, we’re here to kickstart a season of healthy habits.
Healthy Kids Day is a national initiative celebrated at Ys across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families and we are excited to host ours on April 18th from 10-1 in the tennis courts.
