Alexis Espinoza-Arrubla is a certified mindfulness educator, experienced registered yoga instructor for both kids and adults, and a kids’ yoga teacher trainer. She has led children’s mindfulness and yoga summer camps, coached kids’ running clubs and soccer teams, and specializes in teaching positive mindset and physical fitness. Her focus is on helping children develop self-regulation skills through mindfulness by focusing on fun and engaging activities.
Fern Foundation For Kids’s mission is to teach children mindfulness based self-regulation skills through movement, guided sensory relaxation exercises and creative mindful activities.
