The Future of Rock Festival is a one-day, high-energy celebration designed to bring our music community together while creating opportunities for the next generation of musicians. Throughout the day, we aim to:
Showcase local youth bands by giving them the unforgettable experience of performing on a professional stage in front of a large, lively crowd.
Connect young musicians and their families with local music education programs and organizations that can help them grow their skills and discover new opportunities.
Gather the Omaha community for a full day of live music, food, games, and family-friendly fun that celebrates the talent, creativity, and passion of our local youth.
Support our foundation to provide scholarships that keep music education and performance opportunities accessible for all, regardless of financial means.
Held at Granary Green in Ralston from 12 PM to 11 PM, the festival features several youth-led bands, local vendors, food trucks, outdoor games, a mobile skate park, arts and crafts, raffles, and more. With over 500 attendees expected, this event is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and the future of rock.
