Kids Yoga & Mindfulness with Fern Foundation

Give your child the gift of mindfulness! Our Kids Mindfulness & Yoga Classes offer a joyful, safe space where children aged 5-12 learn emotional regulation, self-awareness, and body awareness. Through activities like yoga, breathing exercises, and sensory exploration, children develop skills that help them recognize and manage emotions.”

  • Classes help children with heightened emotional sensitivity by teaching self-regulation skills through sensory awareness (visual, smell, hearing, touch, taste, proprioception, vestibular).
  • Children learn mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and emotional awareness to recognize physiological shifts when dealing with heightened emotions.
  • Parents can expect noticeable progress, such as improved coping strategies, confidence, and emotional awareness in their children.
  • Classes are one hour long, fun, and engaging. Children are encouraged to bring a yoga mat (limited mats are available).
