Curiosity Crew is back with a brand new look! Starting this month Curiosity Crew is specifically developed for kids six and under with their parent or caretaker. Each month we’ll cover a brand new science topic and complete an activity or art project associated with it. This month we’re kicking off fall by learning why leaves change colors and making nature inspired leaf prints.

Botna Bend Pancake Feed
Every spring, Botna Bend park rangers Jon Fenner and Cory Thomas and their staff tap the silver maple trees that call the park home and collect their sweet sap to make homemade maple syrup. You can taste the delicious fruits of their labor by joining us for our annual Pancake Feed! Grilled pancakes and sausage will be served with our homemade maple syrup along with coffee & orange juice from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., so don't be late! Breakfast is free, but free-will donations are gratefully accepted and will be used to fund Botna Bend Park projects and improvements.
