Join OPL for a Mario Kart tournament at the Bess Johnson Elkhorn Branch. We will be playing the game on the Nintendo Switch 2. This is a free program for ages 13-18. Registration is required.

When Disney On Ice skates into your hometown, discover a whole new world as you’re swept up in Aladdin’s princely parade.  Join the adventures of Anna and Elsa where magic awaits them at every turn.  Play at a larger-than-life carnival with the Toy Story gang and their new friend, Forky.  Set off on a safari to the Pride Lands with Simba and his friends.  Explore the London skyline with Mary Poppins, Jack and the lamp lighters.

Join on the first Thursday of the month for a special craft your little one can do with a Papillion Police Officer. Crafts will take place in the Youth Area. This month's craft project: Rainbow Tambourines

You'll be putting together multiple puzzles in a 2ish hour time frame. The fastest team (cumulative time) will win the top prize. Each team will be a team of up to 4 people. Every team will be doing the SAME puzzles, but how fast is up to you and how well you work together. Some people work better in a small group, and others work better in a big group. We are limiting it to no more than 4 per group and no less than 2 for fairness. Members: $20 per person / NonMembers: $25, Teams of 4: $80 member / $100 non-members

Join OPL at The Joslyn for storytime, featuring stories, creative movement, music and exploration of a piece of art. Storytime is geared toward preschoolers, but all ages are welcome. This Storytime is part of The Joslyn's monthly Art-tastic Saturdays.

Come create your own comedy stories with Shelly Nosbisch from the Nebraska Writers Collective! Participants will use a prompted writing activity to create their own project and share it with the others, if they want. This is a free program for ages 8-12. Registration is required.

Come enjoy a cooking demonstration with No More Empty Pots to learn skills such as nutrition, teamwork, and food-safety. The session will feature local, seasonal and garden fresh foods. This free event is open to adults and children aged 5 and up. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Registration is required.

Bring your imagination to life with stories and scrapbooks! In this creative workshop, participants will use a instant camera to take pictures (and/or bring their own pictures!) and turn them into colorful scrapbook pages using paper, stickers, letters, and more. It’s the perfect mix of storytelling and hands-on art—no writing or crafting experience needed!

Enjoy a 90-minute princess experience in your very own city! Our event is a family-friendly princess meet & greet, giving every child opportunity for photos, hugs, and personal interactions with each fairytale friend in attendance. In addition to meeting the princesses, guests will enjoy 10 engaging group activities, including songs, dances, games, and magical moments that make the day memorable!
