It’s back again and spookier than ever! Halloween in the Haymarket is here. Halloween in the Haymarket is a family friendly and free-to-attend event where Downtown Lincoln closes down Canopy Street and uses the Railyard and Iron Horse Park to have a giant trick-or-treat party with lots of entertainment and fun activities. Wear your costumes, be ready to trick-or-treat with your favorite downtown businesses, and join in on all the fun. Activities include face painting, balloon artists, a live quick draw caricature artist, a dance party, and more! All free for you and your family!

The Creepy Carrots have trapped Jasper Rabbit in a box of candy! Can you solve the puzzles and clues quick enough to save Jasper Rabbit from the Creepy Carrots? This year, Ghouls & Glow is “short but extra sweet” with two weekends of family-friendly fun: October 17-20 and 24-27, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. each night. Ghouls & Glow will feature spellbinding performances by Omaha Circus Arts and Omaha Street Percussion. Guests will enjoy trick-or-treat stations, carousel rides, specialty fall-themed treats and lanterns throughout the entire event footprint. Mahoney Kingdoms of the Night and the Suzanne and Walter Scott Aquarium will be open for this event.
Put on your cutest or coolest costume and join us for our 4th Annual Barnyard Boo! Enjoy hayrack rides, pumpkin smashing, Trick-Or-Treating around the farm, exciting costume contests for all ages (including Best Family Theme), a magical performance, and plenty of delicious fall treats and goodies.
Join the Saddlebrook Branch and the Saddlebrook Community Center for a Spooktacular event! The Community Center gym is open at 9:30am, storytime will begin at 10:30am, followed by trick-or-treating, a storywalk, craft, and more. Costumes encouraged, but not required!
Get ready for a spooktacular evening of fun and fright at the Hoff Center’s annual Halloween Bash! This year, we’re pulling out all the stops to ensure you have a hauntingly good time. Trick-or-Treat Stations, Costume Contest, Haunted Flashlight Gallery Tour, Live Music.
Remedy Health will be hosting their third annual Trunk or Treat Event. They’ll have candy, prizes️, and activities for the whole family. Costumes are encouraged, and they’ll be having a Best Decorated Trunk Contest
Come enjoy an amazing evening of hotdogs, candy, farm animals, games, mazes and pumpkins galore. They’ll have a Photo Booth set up for you to capture the moment with the entire family and will be giving away pumpkins after 6pm. Dress up and let Living Water Church serve you and your family!
They are hosting a trick or treat event in the park for all ages. Community partners will join to help hand out treats. Some will also host games at their booths. They will have an obstacle course for kids up to 12 years of age. Costumes are encouraged (family appropriate)
Celebrate Halloween and create “treats” for the animals that call the trees their home. Enjoy dinner, games and a hayrack ride. Cost is $30 per person (ages 2+) and includes dinner and all activities.
This is a free, family-friendly event for the community. This year’s Tricks & Treats will have a variety of free activities spread throughout the plaza that include character meet and greets, circus performance acts, a digital roaming photographer, and of course candy and glow sticks! Enjoy an outdoor movie at Ditmars this fall! The playground will be open for play beforehand but will close once the movie begins for safety precautions. Bring your own blankets, chairs, and bug spray and enjoy the gorgeous views, sunsets, and fall nights. Movie Starts at Dusk.
Annual Trunk or Treat Event! Come trick or treat through decorated trunks! All participants will have a chance to vote for their favorite trunk and will receive a treat bag.

Save the date for the 21st Annual Square Crow Days Trick or Treating celebration! This event welcomes everyone in surrounding communities as well as ours! The booth decorating contest is back and they look forward to another spectacularly wonderful Square Crow Days this year
‘Trick or Treat’ with Omaha Children’s Museum on select Saturdays this October!
Join them for the kickoff of the Trick or Treat season at Gifford Farm! Trick or Treaters can roam the farm to collect their treats. Explore the Outdoor Nature Classroom, hop on a haunted hayride, meet special guest groups, indulge in food truck delights and farmer market offerings, enjoy face painting, balloons, games, and much more! A kid friendly Halloween party hosted by the Benson Sons of The American Legion (S.A.L) Squadron 112. Come in costume and be ready to have some fun! They will have trunk or treat in the parking lot, games, and prizes. This event is free to the public.

Join as they hand out goodies to trick-or-treaters. They will plan their event inside due to the unpredictable weather at the end of October in Iowa. This event is held as a safe option for trick or treating and is handicap accessible. All are welcome!

Feel that shiver in your bones? It’s the Bewitched Boardwalk! Join us October 26 6:00-8:00 p.m. to trick–or–treat, make spine–tingling smores, and play ghoulish games. Our animal ambassadors won’t be in costume, but you can be.
