  • Fort Atkinson Candlelight Tour

    Join for the Fort Atkinson Candlelight Tour! This year’s theme is “The Eve of Sgt. Winningham’s Wedding, and the Return of the 1825 Treaty Expedition”. This unique walking tour by candlelight among the historic buildings and around the grounds will take approximately one and a half hours. Each stop along the way will reveal another part of the evening’s theme, which is based on actual events. Because space is limited, reservations/tickets are required.

  • Little Saplings: Rocks Rock!

    Little Saplings Nature Discovery Program

    The series is held on the first Wednesday of every month from 9 – 10 am and 10 – 11 am. The cost to participate is $5 per child and $5 per adult per program and includes admission to the Education Center after the program. Schramm Family Pass members participate free. A State Park Vehicle Entry Permit is not required in the Schramm Education Center parking lot.

  • Veterans Shine On 2025

    A special night honoring our Veterans. The event will include guest speakers, a laying of the wreath ceremony for our war representatives, music, and the grand lighting of the WWII Colonnade.     Join OPL and Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project for a virtual interactive session! There will be a brief presentation on the significance of the lotus flower and the Lotus Lantern Festival, a step-by-step craft session where participants create their own traditional Korean lotus lantern, and a short documentary on Korea to close the event. This craft is suitable for ages 13+ and younger participants are encouraged to complete the craft with an adult caregiver.
