Celebrate Halloween and create “treats” for the animals that call the trees their home. Enjoy dinner, games and a hayrack ride. Cost is $30 per person (ages 2+) and includes dinner and all activities.
A night of fun with treats, movies, costumes and more. There will be cars and trucks in front of the hall with candy to hand out plus activities happening inside of the hall. Can’t wait to see you all in your costumes!
Feel that shiver in your bones? It’s the Bewitched Boardwalk! Join us October 26 6:00-8:00 p.m. to trick–or–treat, make spine–tingling smores, and play ghoulish games. Our animal ambassadors won’t be in costume, but you can be.
This year, Ghouls & Glow is “short but extra sweet” with two weekends of family-friendly fun: October 17-20 and 24-27, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. each night. Ghouls & Glow will feature spellbinding performances by Omaha Circus Arts and Omaha Street Percussion. Guests will enjoy trick-or-treat stations, carousel rides, specialty fall-themed treats and lanterns throughout the entire event footprint. Mahoney Kingdoms of the Night and the Suzanne and Walter Scott Aquarium will be open for this event.
Just in time for Halloween, experience a Ghoulish Garden Adventure at Lauritzen Gardens. Explore a variety of educational and fun activity stations throughout the garden. Learn about the mysteries of nature, get up close and personal with the amazing creatures that make the fall so festive, and make your very own crafts to take home. Trick or Treat Stations

Annual Halloween Trick or Treating event! The event will take place on the West side of our community, we ask that visitors enter through our main entrance. This event will be for kids up to 11 years old, it is also bring your own bag/basket.
They’ll have many of the same activities they’ve had in previous years, and might even have new and exciting ones. They will hold it outside unless the weather is cold or rainy in which case they will move it inside
Come celebrate Halloween King of Kings way! Kids of all ages are welcome to wear a fun costume and trick or treat from various vehicles in their parking lot on our Northwest Omaha campus. They’ll also have fun games and prizes, so invite your friends and family to this free event!

The community is invited to the annual Trunk or Treat in their lower parking lot (off Burke Street)! Trunk or Treat will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. They will have food, candy and games! Costumes are optional.

The City’s annual safe trick-or-treating tradition continues with some new surprises that will make this Halloween one to remember for La Vista’s residents! There is an all-new outdoor trick-or-treat experience planned along with the traditional hayrack rides and incredible photo backdrops. Indoors, visitors will find the familiar free hot dogs from our local sponsors.

Get ready to experience a real-life game of Candyland this Halloween! Join at StoneBridge in Benson for a sweet adventure of candy and games in Candyland! Move along the color block trail towards Candy Castle. You will meet well-loved characters, play games, and collect treats along the way! Don't forget to invite your friends and family to join you on this journey!
Join them as you are trick-or-treating and grab a treat and some hot chocolate! They will be handing out candy in their parking lot.

Join OPL at different parks and places for storytime, featuring stories, creative movement, music and more. Storytime is geared toward preschoolers, but all ages are welcome.

Dear T-Rex and other area dinosaurs, you are cordially invited to a tea party at Omaha Public Library, based on the picture book “Tea Rex” by Molly Idle! Refreshments will be served and tea will be hosted by a Tea-Rex wrangler. Bring your favorite stuffed or plastic dinosaur friends to enjoy the party! This is a free event for children ages 5-9. Tea party snacks, beverages, and dinosaur tails to wear during the program will be provided.

Zines are unique, handmade, hyper-local booklets created by community members that help to quickly spread ideas to other members in the community.
