3-2-1 LIFT OFF!! Join for an OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD experience as they make a galaxy of SLIME!! Come have some sticky fun, and leave the mess to us! This is a FREE all ages event! First come , first serve, while supplies last!

Come and bug out over bugs with the Bug Guy! Spiders, scorpions, giant hissing cockroaches, butterflies, and more... kids will get to learn about them all, and maybe even hold a few (if you dare). It's sure to be an exciting event!

A small string or wind ensemble from the Omaha Symphony will perform music chosen to reflect the musicians’ decision to pursue music and/or their journey to Omaha. Each musician will share their personal story. This is a free event for all ages.

Do you have a little one who loves animals, nature, and the outdoors? Are you looking for opportunities to explore the outdoors together with your children? Join us for Little Saplings, Schramm Education Center’s early childhood nature discovery program. Little Saplings, a monthly program designed for children ages 2 – 5 and their adult caregiver, will bring nature themes to life for your child through story time, sensory activities, crafts, and outdoor exploration!

Want to jazz up your potted plant this spring? Come decorate your own terracotta pot at the library on Thursday, April 3. We provide the supplies, you bring the creativity! This activity is open to all ages. Pots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

You’ve seen them make up scenes right before your eyes on the TV show Whose Line is it Anyway —now see them live and in person! It’s 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song, all based on audience suggestions. Audience participation is key to the show, so bring your suggestions and you might be asked to join the cast onstage! Whose Live Anyway showcases some of the improv games made famous on the long-running TV show, as well as some exciting new ones!

Join OPL at The Joslyn for storytime, featuring stories, creative movement, music and exploration of a piece of art. Storytime is geared toward preschoolers, but all ages are welcome. This Storytime is part of The Joslyn's monthly Art-tastic Saturdays.

Join The Fern Foundation for Kids for Kids Yoga & Mindfulness at the Downtown Green in Gene Leahy Mall!
Classes offer a joyful, safe space where children aged 5-12 learn emotional regulation, self-awareness, and body awareness. Through activities like yoga, breathing exercises, and sensory exploration, children develop skills that help them recognize and manage emotions.

Celebrate spring at A.V. Sorensen Branch and Community Center! Music & Movement will be at 10 a.m., afterward, make a craft, get the wiggles out in the gym, and bounce in a bounce house! This free event is for children ages 5 and younger.

We're soaring into the joy of spring! Miss Jill will read a fun bird-themed story, then she'll guide kids along as they make an adorable handprint bird and nest. Everyone will be chirping with excitement!
