I Spy with my little eye a sensory craft filled with springtime cheer! Join as they create a one-of-a-kind I Spy  Sensory Bottle! These are perfect for all ages and make a fun, educational toy for the car or home!! This is a FREE, all ages event!! 

Join OPL as we engage in digital storytelling through exciting STEM and coding activities with our new community partner Snapology! While children are exploring robotics, coding, and design challenges using LEGO® bricks and technology, they are learning new skills and having fun! This is a free event for kids 6-12.

Be a real-life Steve and Alex with Minecraft-inspired games, crafts, and other fun activities. Great for Grades K-5. Drop in any time.

Dragon needs your help! The tacos for the party are locked in a box. Come help Dragon get to the tacos before it’s too late in this escape room based on the best-selling "Dragons Love Tacos" books by Adam Rubin. Designed for participants ages 6-10. All ages are welcome for this family-friendly drop in event. First come first served.

Get ready to have a BALL with Mrs. M! Littles will get to move their muscles and test their motor skills as they bounce, roll, and throw all kinds of different balls!

Get ready for a bee-utiful time as we craft our very own honey bee sensory bins!  Each bin will be buzzing with fun materials that you can explore, play with, and take home. Perfect for little hands to discover the magic of nature, with all the textures, colors, and excitement of a bee’s world! After crafting, we’ll gather together for a sweet storytime, where we'll be reading "The Honeybee"—a delightful tale about the importance of these incredible creatures. 

Howard Hero the caterpillar is extremely impatient and has to wait 2 dreaded weeks until he hatches out of his chrysalis!! 2 weeks with no video games, no comic books and no pizza!! How will he survive?? Find out how when we read you the story of "The Very Impatient Caterpillar"! You will also get to observe our very own caterpillars in our Butterfly Garden!! What stage will they be in? Will they be caterpillars, in a chrysalis or will they be beautiful butterflies ready to set free?? We will also be crafting our very own Caterpiller/ Butterfly project! Cant wait to see you there!! This is a FREE, all ages event! First come, first serve, while supplies last!

Sharpies are one of the simplest yet versatile tools you can use to create. In this workshop, you will learn different drawing and hand lettering techniques to turn a blank space into something extraordinary. This workshop will include different types of paper and a wide selection of sharpie markers to design an abstract piece with.
This event is free and open to the public, supplies will be provided! Visit the Canopies at Gene Leahy Mall.

Ages 0-12. Stop by the library after school to make a May Day basket! Leave it on the doorstep of someone you care about on your way home.

This craft recommended for ages 0 to 6. Your little one will love the brightly colored flower that you can help them make. While supplies last. Stop by between 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for this activity.

May the 4th be with you!! Come join us as we read to you "Goodnight Darth Vader" followed by a pool noodle Light Saber craft. The kids will have a blast trying to keep their Storm Trooper balloons a float with their DIY Light Sabers! It's a FREE event!
