In this workshop you will learn how to make butterflies out of cardboard tubes and flowers out of cardboard egg cartons. I will guide you through the steps on how to fold, cut and glue until your butterflies emerge and your flowers bloom into reality. You can then use markers to decorate and design your cardboard creations. When you are all done you can glue on a magnet or mini clothes pin so you can display your creation as you please. In this workshop you will immerse yourself in making a mandala, the Sanskrit word for circle. Hindu and Buddhist traditions use mandalas as a tool for meditation and focus. Before you know it, the repetitive lines and designs will send you into a meditative state of calm and relaxation.
