All About Astronomy at Platte River State Park
Join park naturalists at Platte River State Park on Fridays in October from 4-6 p.m. for beginner astronomy activities!
Make a constellation, use a star chart to identify seasonal stars, examine a moon globe and compare it to the moon you see in the sky and more. Use what you learn late at night as the stars become visible.
Meet at the RV Campground Shelter. A valid Nebraska state park vehicle permit is required for entry.
