Arrowhead Trail Run is a 5k marked course at Arrowhead Park. Choose the traditional 5k distance, 2 laps for a 10k, or complete as many laps as you can in a 4 hour Enduro! Medals will be awarded for the top 10 males and females in the 5k, 10k and 4 Hour Enduro event categories. ALL are welcome to run, jog, walk or hike at your own pace.
Bring the whole family out and enjoy a warm bowl of chili in the crisp fall air at the Arrowhead Park Chili Fest. This annual fall tradition will be on Saturday, October 11th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and promises fun for the whole family! Join us for games, pumpkin painting, and of course, CHILI! hayrack ride trick or treating will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A $3/vehicle park entry fee or membership is required to enter the park. Free-will donations will be gratefully accepted
Bring the entire family to Arrowhead Park for a morning of fishing fun in the sun on Saturday, June 7th at 10:00 a.m. This event is held in conjunction with Iowa's FREE fishing weekend, which means a license is not required for Iowa residents. All other IDNR fishing regulations apply. A $3 per vehicle entry fee or Pottawattamie Conservation membership is required to participate
