The Fremont Hispanic Festival is a celebration of the culture and heritage of peoples native to Spanish-speaking countries. During this festival, we are honoring and celebrating the independence days of our neighbors who have cultural roots in Latin America. Parade starts at Noon.

Please join Monday September 1st, 2025, for Omaha's 141st Labor Day Parade. The Route will start on 16th and Cass, and head south to Capitol, then head east to 12th, then head back north to Mike Fahey, and then head to the west and end at 13th.
Now in its 94th year, the Plattsmouth Harvest Festival is the oldest, continuous harvest festival in Nebraska. Fun for the whole family, the 3-day event begins with the Coronation of the new King and Queen on Thursday evening. Friday includes carnival rides, Kiddie Parade, Sweetheart Awards, Pep Rally, Car Bash, Balloon Toss, and Bingo. Saturday includes Egg Toss, Chicken Chariot Race, Music & Entertainment, Cake Walk, Cow Drop contest, and the Grand Parade. Lots more to see and do the first weekend after Labor Day in September on and around Plattsmouth's Historic Main Street. Come join the fun.
