Let’s go fly a kite! Families are invited to join us for a free day of kite-flying fun. Come see some of the world’s largest and most creative kites take to the air and bring your own kite to fly. These massive kites will also take part in multiple candy drops throughout the day, so bring a bag with you to collect your candy! This is an all-ages activity and there is no registration required so bring the whole family and enjoy a unique spectacle!
Get ready to soar into spring! Join for high-flying entertainment at Springfest on March 28 and 29 at Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day! Once again, Great American Kites is bringing their record-breaking giant and colorful kites to paint the sky. Plus, we will have live music, food trucks, and family-friendly fun.
Families are invited to join us for a free afternoon of high-flying fun. You will see some of the world's largest and most creative kites right here in La Vista. Bring your own kites to fly and a bag to collect candy from the kite candy drops which take place throughout the event.
