What this race supports

Proceeds from the GOATz Trail Runs go into the general GOATz fund to help maintain local trails, contribute to community projects, financially support cross country teams and any cause the GOATz are involved in!

COURSE INFO

All races begin in the grass by the west of the parking lot by the Marina (Entrance 1).

Race Details

• Glenn Cunningham Lake is located in northwest Omaha, NE

• Register before Sept. 26 to get a T-shirt!

• 50M = 5 laps

• 50K = 3 laps

• 21 mile = 2 laps

• 10.5 mile = 1 lap

• 5 mile = 1 shorted lap

• Surface is almost all trail and grass

Race Location

• Lake Cunningham: The Start/Finish is located by marina/boat ramp of Lake Cunningham (8965 State St, Omaha, NE 68122), located off State Street/Lake Cunningham Road. Take Entrance 1.

• Start Time:

  • 3 a.m. for 50-Mile

  • 8 a.m. for all other distances

• Registration: OPENS Nov 29th

• Current fees for 2025

  • 50 mile: $100 ($110 after Aug. 31)

  • 50K: $80 ($90 after Aug. 31)

  • 21 mile: $55($65 after Aug. 31)

  • 10.5 mile: $50 ($55 after Aug. 31)

  • 5 mile: $40 ($45 after Aug. 31)

• Registration cap: 500 total runners

AID STATIONS

There will be 2 fully stocked, buffet-style aid stations at the Start/Finish and close to the halfway point of each loop. You must have a hydration device.

Drop bags and personal items may be left near the Main Aid Station for runners.

• Runner Church GOATZ Inspirational Pre-Race Message at 7:30-7:35 a.m.

• Pre-race Announcements: 15 minutes before each distance’s start time.

• All runners must be able to complete the race by 5 p.m.
