Grand Opening: MidAmerican Energy Adventure Tower and Borman Family Treetop Walk
The Borman Family Treetop Walk and MidAmerican Energy Adventure Tower officially open on Saturday, September 19 at 10 a.m. 🎉
🌳 TREETOP WALK: FREE! No reservation needed. Come walk approximately half a mile through the treetops and climb the stairs to the top lookout deck.
🧗 ADVENTURE TOWER: Want to climb, rollglide, or explore 400+ feet of simulated caves? Advance reservations through Approach Climbing Gym are REQUIRED. No walk-ins will be available. 🌮 FOOD: Tryd and Tru BBQ, Fancy Sips, and Sugar Mountain will be at the base of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge in Council Bluffs from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
📍 WHERE TO GO: Enter the Borman Family Treetop Walk and Adventure Tower directly from the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge on the Council Bluffs side.
🚗 PARKING: Park in the garage at River’s Edge Pavilion, then head toward the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge.
Whether you’re climbing 50 feet, racing through the sky, crawling through caves, or keeping it chill with a FREE walk through the treetops, we can’t wait for you to come experience the newest additions to River’s Edge! 🌳
The tower will initially be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with expanded hours planned for next spring.
