One of the highlights is the FREE Imagination Movers Concert, part of Disney Day at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 29th! This high-energy, interactive show starring Rich Collins, Scott Durbin, Dave Poche, and Scott “Smitty” Smith features their most crowd-pleasing tunes and inspires lots of audience participation to “jump up, get down, stand up and turn around!”

- 5 p.m.: Darth Vader appearance, Chance to win movie tickets to “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens” and enjoy food, activities and entertainment from Taste of Omaha
- 7 p.m.: Imagination Movers Live in Concert

Imagination Movers
The Imagination Movers began with the dream to create music that spoke to children along with a children’s television show. The Movers partnered with Disney in 2007 and filmed 75 episodes of their Emmy Award-winning series over three seasons. The show airs in more than 55 countries and they’ve sold half a million CDs and DVDs to date.
Imagination Movers are currently developing an animated series “Super Movers”, tentatively scheduled for a 2016 debut. The Movers are known as a high-energy, interactive live music act. Over the last decade they have entertained more than a million fans in North America, Europe and Asia. According to thousands of fan reviews on Ticketmaster.com, Imagination Movers ranks as the No. 1 rated major touring act for families.
Loessfest – May 23-31
Enjoy an entire week of FREE events at Loessfest including Chicago in concert, fireworks, picnic in the park, movie in the park, Disney Day, + more! Loessfest will be held at Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park, on the Iowa side of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge.
- Saturday, May 23: Saturday in the Park – Free concert featuring Chicago, 7 p.m.
- Sunday, May 24: Omaha Symphony Concert with Fireworks
- Monday, May 25: Picnic in the Park. Stay late to experience “Rays,” an interactive light display on the Great Lawn, by artist Dan Corson.
- Tuesday, May 26: The Second City Comedy Event, 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 27: Movie in the Park: Jaws, 9 p.m
- Thursday, May 28: #ThrowbackThursday featuring Recaptured: A Tribute to Journey, 7 p.m.
- Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30: Taste of Omaha on both sides of the riverfront
- Friday, May 29: Disney Day at the Park featuring Imagination Movers and Big Hero 6, 7 p.m
- Saturday, May 30: Bike the Bluffs, 10 a.m.
- Saturday, May 30: Mini Maha, 7 p.m.
- Sunday, May 31: GOLFFEST (registration fee required), Spectators are free
Parking is available on both sides of the river for all Loessfest events, including the parking lot just north of Harrah’s Casino and on the parking lot just east of the Great Lawn, accessible from S. 40th Street.
