Just because school is out doesn’t mean learning has to take a backseat.
Metropolitan Community College for Kids has the perfect blend of fun and educational camps. Classes include hands-on activities and new experiences for young, growing minds. The courses offered help open up doors to educational opportunities that students may not have discovered otherwise.
College for Kids courses are intended for students ages 3-11 and have an ideal student to instructor ratio. Each year, thousands of children in the College for Kids program take classes on topics such as cooking, music, art, acting, science, math and outdoor games. By connecting children at an early age to educational experiences, MCC hopes to become their natural choice for continuing their education into their adult years.
Each class runs for five days, Monday–Friday. Registration ends the Wednesday before each new session begins.
Courses run in the mornings.
College for Teens summer camps is a unique and fun program geared especially for teens, ages 12 to 18. College for Teens summer camps promises to spark passions and introduce possible career choices focusing on advanced topics like culinary arts, leadership, music, art, biology, technology, fashion, welding and much more. Education options are at multiple locations in the Omaha metropolitan area during June and July. Choose your summer adventure!
