Where Books and Art Meet – 4/16, 2:30, FREE, Registration Required
- Explore your creative side every week with art projects based on books and illustrations. Classes are taught by professional artists and art teachers in partnership with Arts For All. For children ages 8-12. Location: South Omaha Library.
Papillion Kite Fly Day – 4/17, 12 – 3 p.m., FREE
- A free fun-filled day that will include demonstrations from the American Kitefliers Association. Areas available to fly your own kites and candy drops for the kids throughout the afternoon. Bring your chair/blanket and kite. (These events are dependent on the weather, and if possible, it is always a good idea to verify before attending.)
